* Currently based in the UAE * Holds a graduation in Special Educational Needs * Minimum 5 years of experience as SENCo * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Committed to promoting inclusive education and student well-being Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the SEN department and policies * Support teachers in implementing inclusive practices * Develop and monitor IEPs * Liaise with parents and external professionals * Track progress and ensure the well-being of all students with additional needs
