PE Cover Teacher (Temporary)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic PE Cover Teacher to join our school on a temporary maternity cover basis for two months until 3rd July. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Physical Education lessons across assigned year groups, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high teaching standards during the absence of the regular teacher. The role involves planning and delivering structured PE lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle. The teacher will manage student behaviour effectively, ensure a safe learning environment, and supervise both indoor and outdoor physical activities in line with school health and safety guidelines. The candidate will follow the existing PE curriculum and adapt lessons where necessary to meet student needs. They will also support the preparation and organization of sports activities and events as required by the department. This position requires strong classroom management skills, flexibility, and the ability to engage students positively in physical activity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports and committed to maintaining a high-quality learning experience throughout the cover period.
