Secondary English Teacher

PACE Modern British School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Secondary English Teacher to join our Secondary team. We are looking for a subject specialist with a strong command of the British curriculum (IGCSE/A-Level) who can inspire students' love of literature and language while driving strong academic outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the British National Curriculum (KS3, IGCSE, A-Level as applicable) Prepare students effectively for external examinations (IGCSE/GCSE/A-Level English Language & Literature) Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and EAL students Maintain accurate records of attendance, behaviour, and academic performance Collaborate with the Head of English and Secondary SLT on curriculum planning and moderation Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student progress Participate in school events, staff meetings, and CPD sessions Uphold KHDA and school safeguarding policies at all times

Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience for this role.
