Maintenance Staff

ACE Modern British School is looking for a skilled and versatile Maintenance Staff member to handle the day-to-day upkeep and repair needs of the school premises. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general civil/building maintenance, ensuring the school facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine plumbing repairs (leaks, blockages, fittings, water supply issues) Handle basic electrical maintenance (wiring, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures) Perform general civil/building maintenance (painting, tiling, minor masonry, carpentry) Conduct regular inspections of school infrastructure and report major issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and facilities coordinator Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all repair work Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Assist with setup/dismantling for school events as needed Keep maintenance logs and report on completed/pending tasks

Candidates should have 1+ year of relevant experience for this role.
